After a three month run in Broadway’s Tony Award-winning show Kinky Boots, singer-songwriter Brendon Urie of the band Panic! At the Disco is back in the studio.

Under the band’s record deal, they must release an album every two to three years. Panic! At the Disco’s last studio album was released on Jan. 15, 2016, meaning the band is due for a new album in the near future.

Last Thursday in one of Urie’s live streams on Instagram Live, he opened up and spoke about a new album.

“I’m always working on new music,” he said. “I already have a collection of demos and a handful of finished tracks. We are estimating that our next album will come out early 2018 and some singles to drop before the end of this year.”

Now fans of Panic! At the Disco anxiously await for the band’s next album.
